Rooted in Portugal, backed by Europe
Luza Tecnologia is a Portuguese company and part of De Cronos Groep, a Belgian network of more than 4,500 ICT specialists working across Europe. We focus on Microsoft technology, and we build our company around our people — their wellbeing, their growth, and their happiness at work.
Our name comes from “Alma Luza” — the soul of the Lusitanian people who first called this land home. Their story blended Celtic, Moorish and Roman roots into a culture known for being welcoming and proud to carry itself out into the world. That’s the spirit we try to bring to every team we build today.
