On top of that the possibility of remote work was a helping factor since it would allow to balance the personal and professional lives.

What I most value in a company are the people, the projects and good software development. Luza currently has all that, the people here are amazing, honest and always available to meet our needs, no matter what. In terms of projects, I joined an extremely demanding project in which I could put my developer and architect skills to the test and learn new ways to create a high-quality product with a good development structure and with quality code.

Before joining Luza, I had experience working in both small and large companies. Each had its advantages and disadvantages, but I ultimately decided that my next company should be small. I enjoy the comfort of being able to speak with everyone without the bureaucracy that comes with larger organizations. Luza presented me with a very interesting project, unlike anything I had worked on before. From the start, I had a great experience, and I knew that if an offer was ever on the table, I would have to seriously consider it.
