Luza came into my life at a time of great need. I believe that here I will be able to elevate my technical skills to another level. I value companies that prioritize networking and offer great opportunities for the growth of their human resources.

Seeing a new promising company emerging with lots of opportunities and challenges made me gladly embrace Luza. Here there is a genuine concern about everyone, making sure we are happy with what we are doing, this makes working a positive experience, where we actually love what we are doing and working does not feel like working anymore.

Luza came into my life after I decided to come back to Portugal after two years in the Netherlands. When I started searching for jobs and having interviews Luza seemed the ideal place to restart my life in Portugal. A modern workplace with young people and a clear target for growth inside the Microsoft world.

I wished to be part of this project from our very first conversation. I truly appreciated Nelson and Rita's vision for Luza. Through them, I could see that joy, respect for the employees, openness, the pursuit of excellence, all while caring about the individual, were things that truly captivated me.

More than the job opportunity I got fascinated by the passion that Rita and Nelson demonstrated when talking about their brand-new challenge. The idea of working so close with each other on a start-up and having the ability to grow not only professionally, but also personally really got into my mind and I instantly knew that after our call I had to say yes to this opportunity.
