Well, we are in the holiday season, with long days and sunshine that you can only find in Portugal. This energy and joy of the season make me want to share what’s in my professional soul, if there are indeed two souls. 😃
Luza Tecnologia is secure and already walking on its own feet. The individual talent gives the collective an incredible strength that manifests itself in increasingly interesting challenges. In the world of technology, there is a constant thirst for tomorrow, curiosity, and the challenge of overcoming are present in everyone's spirit, and I can only say THANK YOU to everyone.
To envision something tailored to us and then be able to transform that dream into reality is absolutely fantastic. I bring with me many years of work, successes and failures, lived, celebrated, and suffered, which have brought me to who I am today.
I confess that I am grateful for the obstacles, ups and downs because I feel fulfilled and light in this new stage where, side by side with my business partner, we lead in an agile, transparent, and totally people-focused way.
Working in a Nearshore/Remote Work model has perhaps three nuances that we strive to be attentive to:
Luza's journey is made with the support of carefully chosen partnerships, with people who know much more than we do in the various areas needed to manage and maintain a brand/company and who, in an agile, competent manner, and fully embedded in the Luza culture, can be outside but inside. Does that make sense?
Companies and people who provide services can be magical in our reality; we don’t need to be capable of doing everything and end the day exhausted, frustrated, and wasting hours on things we don’t know or even don’t want to do. Yes, we can express the desire not to do something because we know there are those who do it much better than we do.
What I would recommend to those who follow us and would like to be our partners/clients: just like others have done, come to Portugal, spend time with our people, culture, and energy, and then decide. I have friends here who I have introduced to each other over the last 10 years. I can say that the Dynamics and Microsoft network, in general, has been strengthened because we dedicated time to creating the friendship/trust that we also need in work.
Networking is something positive that I appreciate, value, and am grateful for, because every day I receive and give back what I know how to do, which allows many to also succeed in what they do.
Happy holidays and just like in the movie "Pay it forward," in life we can also be available to give without expecting anything in return.
