Interview with Milton Teves

How did Luza come into your life and why did you choose us to develop your career?

Luza came into my life at a time when I was looking for a new professional challenge. After working in a high-pressure environment, I was seeking a company that values both career growth and work-life balance. The opportunity to work with Power Platform while being part of a team that genuinely supports its employees made Luza the perfect choice for me.

What do you most value in the company and how do you expect to contribute to joint growth?

What I value most in Luza is its commitment to creating a positive work environment, where people feel supported and motivated to grow. I appreciate the trust placed in employees, as well as the flexibility to work remotely. As for my contribution, I bring problem-solving skills, adaptability and a bit of humor.

What is your opinion about remote work and why do you think it is a good option?

For me, remote work means being able to focus more effectively while maintaining performance. Also allows greater flexibility and enables a better work-life balance.

What are your main functions and skills?

I work as a Power Platform Developer, specializing in Power Automate, Power Apps, and data integration. My role involves designing and implementing automation solutions, creating Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, and optimizing workflows to improve business efficiency.

What project are you involved in and what do you do?

I am currently working on a project for a Belgian client, where I provide support for applications and automations built in Power Automate and Power Apps. My responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining and improving existing Apps and workflows.

Where do you live and what do you like to do in your free time? Is there any curiosity about you?

I live in Lisbon, Portugal, with my partner. In my free time, I enjoy strength training, traveling, and exploring new places. A fun fact about me is that I initially worked as a nurse before transitioning to tech.

What do you expect from the future?

I aim to continue growing as a professional, expanding my expertise in data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. I also want to contribute to meaningful projects that make a difference in how businesses operate.
