In Portugal, it is mandatory for companies to provide at least 40 yearly hours of vocational training to their employees. However, more than being a legal obligation, vocational training is essential across all sectors, for various reasons.

Whether it is in-house training provided by the employer or training through a specialized company, vocational training has many benefits for employees, including:
